In relation with the most awaited Direct Tax vivad se vishwas Act, 2020;

To summarize, the following dates are notified
1. Last date for filing of declaration before the designated authority - 31 December 2020
2. Further any amount payable under the VsV Act is to be paid by 31 March 2021
3. In case of the amount so decided is not paid (as per point 2) above, the additional amount as mentioned in Section 3 of the Act is to be paid on or after 1 April 2021 but before the last date.
